WESTERN JETS 2024 COATES TALENT LEAGUE SQUADS
The Coates Talent League kicks off this weekends and once again the Western Football Netball League is well represented in both the Western Jets U18 Boys and Girls squads.
Forty-two players (21 Boys & 21 Girls) from WFNL clubs start the season as members of the Jets’ U18 program, including seven male players and six female players who have again been picked in the respective Boys and Girls squads.
Last year’s SEDA Under 16 Division 1 Best and Fairest winner Darcy Steedman from the Williamstown Juniors and 2023 Under 18.5 Girls Best and Fairest winner Charlie O’Connor Moreira of Point Cook Bulldogs are among the new faces in the Boys and Girls Squads.
The Western Jets Boys get their season underway this Saturday (March 23) taking on the Northern Nights at Trevor Barker Beach Oval, while the Jets Girls will have to wait until Round 2 to begin their campaign against the Sandringham Dragons at Trevor Barker Beach Oval on April 13.
