VU POLYTECHNIC AND THE WRFL

Victoria University Polytechnic students were involved in the WRFL’s Junior Interleague matches over the weekend.

The WRFL’s Under 15 Boys and Under 15 Girls representative teams were fortunate enough to be treated by students from Victoria University Polytechnic for pre and post-game remedial massages.

Fourteen Victoria University Polytechnic students who are currently studying a Diploma of Remedial Massage were involved across the day.

The students provided deep tissue release massages to players in addition to free shoulder and back massages to parents.

Victoria University Polytechnic partnered with the Western Region Football League (WRFL) in 2018 as the naming rights partner of the WRFL Senior Women’s Football Competition.

Throughout the partnership, the WRFL and Victoria University Polytechnic have been collaborating to provide students the opportunity to conduct their placement at WRFL clubs and events.
