UMPIRE TRAINING TO COMMENCE FEB 7

With preseason training well underway for football players across the West, WRFL umpires will also soon begin their preparations for the 2024 season.

Umpire training will commence on Wednesday 7th February at Hanmer Reserve, Yarraville at 5.45pm and will be followed by the 2024 AGM.

Umpiring is a crucial part of the game. Whether you’re a field, boundary or goal, umpiring provides an opportunity to be part of the game in a different way.

The WRFL is always seeking more umpires and it’s a great way to get fit, stay fit, and be part of footy’s dynamic, fast-paced environment while earning up to $200 per week. People of all ages are encouraged to give it a try.
