TRAILBLAZER: HAYLEA COONEY

IN the next episode of the WRFL’s new Trailblazers series, we chat to Haylea Cooney from the Spotswood Football Club. 

Haylea began her footy career later in life. She was a member of Caroline Springs’ inaugural Senior Women’s team in 2017. Next year she will pull on a Spotty jumper.

In this episode we chat to her about the WRFL’s standalone Senior Women’s competition and what she loves most about Australia’s greatest game.
