POSITION: MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

There is an exciting opportunity to join one of most vibrant community Football and Netball League’s in metro Melbourne as the full-time Media & Communications Manager.

The Western Region Football League (WRFL) provides governance and strategic development for community Football and Netball across the Western region of Melbourne.

The WRFL consists of 33 Member Clubs, 325 teams and 8,000 participants competing in Open Age and Junior competitions. Our aim is to be more than just a community Football and Netball League.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter to join our team in the Media & Communications Manager position. This dynamic position plays an integral role in delivering outcomes based on the League’s media, commercial and business objectives.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing the media portfolio through strategy and planning and will play an important role in building the brand of the WRFL in the Western region.
