COMPLETE TAC SURVEY & YOU COULD WIN

Footy vouchers are up for grabs if you complete an AFL Victoria and Transport Accident Commission (TAC) survey.

The survey results will be used to inform the work of the TAC in promoting road safety in Victoria.

At the end of the survey you can nominate your local football club to win a $1000 Footymart voucher.

The top four metropolitan football clubs with the highest response rate to the survey will be awarded a voucher.

To enter the draw, you will need to provide your name, contact details, and nominated local football club.
